-Empty the sink: wash the dishes, throw away any leftovers, empty out all of the pots and pans from under the sink, and scrap off anything stuck to the sides or bottom with a sponge or scrubber.

-Pour dish soap in the sink and fill with water until it starts to overflow: soak for five minutes then pour out all of the suds into your yard or down your drain. Rinse thoroughly with cool water to remove any remaining soap residue.

-Spray soapy water onto your dirty dishes before washing them - this will help remove most of any leftover food particles before they go down your drain.

-Clean up: Wipe down anything that got on the floor or nearby cabinets with some wet wipes

-Spray some disinfectant on the sink and countertops, and wipe them down with a paper towel.

-Run the dishwasher.

-Remove any leftover food from your fridge with an old, damp paper towel and put it in the trash.

-Line your garbage can with paper or put it inside another container to avoid staining your trash can.

-Wipe down countertops one more time before you leave the kitchen.

-Use a clean roll of paper towels, rather than a dry one for wet mopping.

-Place hard-cooked eggs in the fridge, not on your countertop. They will keep longer if you put them in the fridge.

-If you have leftovers from dinner or lunch that need to be refrigerated, store them in individual containers with lids to avoid spoiling.

Bathroom:

-Empty your trash can before going to bed every night. Try not to use your trash can as a surface to put anything on.

-To empty your toilet, put water or boiling hot water into the tank and flush.

-Put on rubber gloves before cleaning out the sink. Leave enough room around the faucet so that you don't splash water everywhere when you turn on the tap.

Keeping up with a regular routine of cleaning will help maintain an inviting and clean space for you and your family. A 24 hour plumber will be able to fix any plumbing problem that you may have right away so that you don't have to worry about it anymore.
